Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Website
Waitlist: if you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date, your country (from your connection) and the website that referred you. We use it only to tell you about Kleos, and you can unsubscribe from any email.
Analytics: we count page views without cookies. For each view we record the page, country, device type (mobile or desktop) and referring website, plus an anonymous visitor code that changes every day. We do not store IP addresses.
App
Your favourites, streak and reminder settings are stored on your device. Reminders are scheduled on your device. If you use the AI Mentor, the messages you send are processed by our AI provider to generate replies and are not used to identify you. Subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see your payment details.
Service providers
Our website and data are hosted on Cloudflare. Email (when we start sending) will be delivered by an email service provider acting on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete any information we hold about you by emailing hello@kleosdaily.com. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Kleos is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.
